A Look into our Season – More than just Bomber Basketball, Soccer and Cheering!
Before the start of each basketball season in November, the teams begin their CYO season by attending an opening Mass, followed by a pep rally, pizza party, and dance held in the gym. The evening is attended by our students starting as young as 2nd Grade.
Throughout the year you will see many of our teams at a Sunday Mass or a daily 5:20 PM Mass. All attend with their teammates to celebrate an upcoming game or tournament, by taking a few minutes to share in the Eucharist.
Our CYO program is open to Holy Cross Students and Holy Cross Parish athletes first. Parish athletes not enrolled in Holy Cross School or another Catholic School must attend Holy Cross Religious Education classes or another accepted religious program to play CYO Basketball at Holy Cross.
